- Papaya root + 7 Lemons
Boil the papaya roots + 7 Lemons for 10 minutes in water (cut each lemon in half). Drink a beer glass twice a day away from meals.
Remedy 2
- Grapefruit + lemon + honey
Take 5 lemons and 4 grapefruits, washed well and chopped, boil them in 1 liter of water for 15 min, add 2 tablespoons of honey and boil again for 5 min, strain and drink 1 glass, 1 hour before meals (1 month of treatment).
Remedy 3
- Fruits
A technique recommended against any form of obesity without starvation is to eat 2 or 3 days in the week only fruits on the days of water diet will be chosen according to your preferences, but not necessarily on successive days.
