Different types of sexual activity can spread sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) or venereal diseases (oral, vaginal, and anal).
The body’s immune system determines a person’s susceptibility to certain illnesses and infections, so the weaker the immune system, the higher the risk of acquiring sexually transmitted diseases (STIs).
Your immune system serves as your body’s line of defense against disease and infection.
Bacteria, viruses, and parasites are the main pathogenic causes of STIs.
It seems that the antioxidant component of fermented garlic aids in boosting the immune system. According to one study, raw and fermented garlic both improve immunity.
INGREDIENTS
- 10 heads of garlic
- 2 tablespoons if salt
- 4 cups of water
PREPARATION
- Add the raw garlic cloves to a mason jar after it has been peeled, spacing them 1 inch apart from the top.
- Making a salt solution requires mixing salt and water.
Fill the mason jar with salt solution so that the garlic cloves are completely submerged.
Place the jar’s cover on it and keep it somewhere dark, like a pantry or closet, at room temperature.
To release carbon dioxide, open the jar once per day. This is referred to as “burping” by fermenters.
Keep doing this for 3 to 4 weeks, or until fermentation bubbles stop forming.
When the fermentation is finished, place the jar in the refrigerator. As it ages, fermented garlic becomes tastier.
After fermentation is complete, consume 2 cloves of the fermented garlic daily until you feel better.
