Welcome to Flexhealthtips where we bring u Natural Remedies to treat and and save money.

Let’s talk about human eye.

Eyes are organs of the visual system which provide living organisms with vision, the ability to receive and process visual detail, as well as enabling several photo response functions that are independent of vision.

Eyes detect light and convert it into electro-chemical impulses in neurons.

The eye is one of the organs most exposed to aging because it is exposed to light ten to a hundred times more than the skin. It is subject more than any other organ to free radical stress and mechanical aging (when the lens loses its elasticity).

How can your eye defend itself?

Various food supplements can however stop the progression of the disease.

But, to do well, it should be taken from the age of forty, when no worrying signs have appeared.

Adjusting your diet can be effective. We will then give preference to:

-Vitamin A (eggs)

-vitamin C (citrus)

-vitamin E (vegetable oils)

-Zinc (oysters)

-Beta-carotene (carrot juice)

-Lutein and zeaxanthin (green leafy vegetables)

Omega 3 (fatty fish)

Below are some recipes;

  1. Crush the onion, strain with a new cloth. Put 3 drops in each eye morning and evening.

  2. A few drops of carrot juice in each eye morning and evening.

  3. Make aloe vera juice: only the gel should be taken from the leaf. The green skin is poisonous and should be peeled well with a sharp knife.

The inside of the leaf forms a gel, like when you soak flaxseed in water, but a little more viscous.

Put 3 to 4 drops in each eye after 2 days.
