Let’s talk about red blood cells.
Red blood cells carry fresh oxygen all over the body.
Red blood cells are round with a flattish, indented center, like doughnuts without a hole.
The function of the red cell and its hemoglobin is to carry oxygen from the lungs or gills to all the body tissues and to carry carbon dioxide, a waste product of metabolism, to the lungs, where it is excreted.
In invertebrates, oxygen-carrying pigment is carried free in the plasma; its concentration in red cells in vertebrates, so that oxygen and carbon dioxide are exchanged as gases, is more efficient and represents an important evolutionary development.

To improve your blood count, consume the following syrup twice a year.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg of beets
- 1/2 kg of carrots
- The juice of a lemon
- 2-3 oranges
- 2 sour apples
- 500 g raw honey
PREPARATION
Chop beets, apples and carrots into small pieces and mix them in a blender and squeeze their juices.
Squeeze the juice from the lemon and oranges by hand and add it to the previously squeezed juice. Finally, add the raw honey.
Mix well until the honey is dissolved in the juice. You can add more oranges if you want to improve the taste and smell of this remedy.
USAGE
Put your drink in glass bottles. you will get around 1500ml to 2000ml of this drink which should be enough for 15-20 days.
Drink about 100ml of this syrup every morning on an empty stomach until you finish it.
