It’s disturbing how we approach our health problems, spending so much money on problems that we can solve with little or no money.
Flexhealthtips takes a look at how to treat blood pressure.
Arterial hypertension is also called high blood pressure.
Blood pressure is the pressure of blood pushing against the walls of your arteries. Arteries carry blood from your heart to other parts of your body.
This can lead to serious complications and increase the risk of heart disease and stroke.
Your blood pressure normally rises and falls throughout the day.
Blood pressure is measured using two numbers:
- Systolic blood pressure, measures the pressure in your arteries when your heart beats.
- Diastolic blood pressure, measures the pressure in your arteries when your heart rests between beats.
If the measurement reads 120 systolic and 80 diastolic, you would say, “120 over 80,” or write, “120/80 mmHg.”
CUCUMBER
Cucumber is a very hydrating natural food that contains nutrients that can help fight hypertension.
Studies have shown that cucumber juice has an effect on blood pressure regulation after the first week of treatment.
