Cashew fruit is highly aromatic with sweet, tropical flavors mixed with an astringent taste.
Fruit of the cashew tree and belonging to the oilseed family, the cashew nut, very popular as an aperitif or as a snack, originates from Brazil. They are also found in Africa and India. Here are five reasons to consume it daily and add it to the preparation of your dishes.
- IT GIVES ENERGY:
Rich in magnesium and vitamins, cashew nuts help prevent fatigue. It helps to fight stress, lower blood pressure, and thus find sleep more easily. With a high content of minerals, including iron, this fruit helps fight anemia.
- SHE PREVENTS CRAVINGS:
We find in the cashew nut a high level of vegetable proteins, which provide a feeling of satiety. It therefore avoids cravings that occur during the day. It is therefore advisable to consume a portion of 30g, or a maximum of twenty, rather than rushing for a slice of cake. For example, you can mix nuts and mix them with natural yoghurt. Be careful, however, not to abuse this appetite suppressant.

Nothing will replace daily brushing and regular visits to a dentist to have beautiful teeth. But some foods can be recommended for good oral hygiene, starting with cashews. Thanks to its oil that it contains with antimicrobial properties and its phosphorus content, the teeth will be strengthened, and the bacteria causing cavities partly eliminated.
