Lack of blood, also known as anemia, can be caused by a variety of factors. The most common causes of anemia include:

  1. Iron deficiency: Iron is necessary for the production of hemoglobin, which carries oxygen in the blood. When there is a lack of iron in the body, the production of hemoglobin is decreased, leading to anemia.

  2. Vitamin deficiency: Vitamins such as vitamin B12, folate, and vitamin C are essential for the production of red blood cells. A deficiency in any of these vitamins can lead to anemia.

  3. Chronic diseases: Certain chronic diseases such as kidney disease, cancer, and HIV can lead to anemia.

  4. Blood loss: Blood loss due to injury, surgery, or menstruation can lead to anemia.

  5. Inherited disorders: Some inherited disorders such as sickle cell anemia and thalassemia can cause anemia.

  6. Pregnancy: During pregnancy, the body needs more iron to produce blood for the developing fetus. If the mother does not get enough iron, she may develop anemia.

  7. Medications: Certain medications, such as chemotherapy drugs, can cause anemia as a side effect.

While natural remedies can help improve symptoms of anemia, it is important to consult with a healthcare provider before starting any new treatments, especially if you are already undergoing medical treatment for anemia.

Here are some natural remedies that may help improve anemia:

(1) Take a few cassava leaves (2 wrists of young leaves)

Clean and crush the cassava leaves without adding water

Mix the leaf juice obtained with milk (small box)

Drink the mixture obtained

Mix the mixture 1 time a day. Perform on 3 days no less.

(2) Other Herbal supplements: such as nettle, dandelion, and yellow dock root may help improve anemia by increasing iron absorption and supporting the production of red blood cells.

However, it is important to consult with a healthcare provider before taking any herbal supplements.

(3) Exercise: Regular exercise can help improve blood circulation and increase oxygen levels in the body, which can help improve anemia symptoms.
