INGREDIENTS

  • 5 pieces of carrots
  • 1 cucumber
  •  About 5 cm of ginger
  •  The juice of half (½) a lemon
  •  Cinnamon powder

PREPARATION

i. Rinse the carrots, cucumber and the ginger after Peeling them under running water.

ii. Cut the carrots, cucumber and ginger into small pieces with a little water and put in a citrus press or a blender to obtain the juice.

iii. Blend on high and then strain the juicer through a nut milk bag into a glass.

iv. Squeeze the juice of half (½) lemon into the carrot and ginger juice then add a pinch of cinnamon powder.

NOTE: Feel free to get creative and add other ingredients to this juice recipe if you wish. Parsley, cilantro, bell peppers, and celery would also be delicious if included.

DOSAGE

Take this juice in the morning just before breakfast. (at least three to four times a week)
